Shipping Policy

All items purchased through our website sent via USPS, DHL Express, or UPS in the continental USA. Depending on the size and weight of the order, we may, at our discretion, use an alternative shipping provider. We will choose the best and fastest method of shipping based on your address and other impacting variables as well. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Shipping is charged on all international orders. We may use an alternate delivery service to ship internationally.  Methods of shipping and pricing are displayed and selected by the international customer at checkout. All Shipping will be provided with tracking.

Standard processing of orders generally occurs from 1 to 7 business days. Shipping labels will be generated afterward and in most cases, excluding weather or holiday hangups. Your purchase will shipped thereafter and will be generally received within 7 to 21 business days depending on location and time of purchase.

We list this as a general rule but back ordered, preordered and similar may take an undisclosed amount of time longer. For those occasions, we will contact you directly. In the event you purchase an order that contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship what is in stock as soon as possible and communicate with you on the remaining items.
